On the date of signature, the Landlord (owner or manager of the property) appears on one side and, on the other, as Main Tenant:

Write the clauses in Spanish and add English, French and German versions. Insert variables such as [NOMBRE_HUESPED] or [FECHA_ENTRADA] and each booking's details will appear in their place.
Enable the contract for every booking or only for stays above a number of days. Ask for the purpose of the trip, add your landlord signature and choose whether bookings are automatically reported to the authorities.
During registration, the guest sees the contract in their language with their details already filled in. They accept it and sign with their finger on the screen, without downloading any app.
The final document is generated with the guest's signature and, if you added it, yours. Each contract is linked to its booking and the version history keeps track of the changes you make to the text.
Automatic reporting to the authorities is just another setting. Turn it on to register and sign in one process, or turn it off if you only need to formalise your rentals.
