What is booking management in Registro Parte Viajeros?

It's the list where every booking for your holiday rentals appears, whatever channel it came from. For each one you see the property, check-in and check-out dates, registered guests and the lead guest.

It doesn't replace your PMS or channel manager: it's built so you can keep track of the traveler registration for every stay. If a guest hasn't registered yet, you see it straight away and can send a notice or copy their check-in link.

Booking statuses

Completed

The guest has filled in the form and the data has already been sent to the authorities.

Registration pending

The booking has been imported, but the traveler hasn't completed their registration yet.

Submission scheduled

The form is done and its submission to SES Hospedajes or another authority is scheduled.

Which channels are bookings imported from?
From Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo, Holidu, Hospitable and other portals, as well as the main PMS on the market.
How often are bookings updated?
The list updates automatically every day. To see a brand-new booking straight away, click “Update bookings” in the dashboard.
Can I add bookings manually?
Yes. With “Create manual booking” you can add direct or phone bookings in seconds, and the guest still receives their check-in link.
Does it replace my PMS or channel manager?
No. Booking management is for tracking the traveler registration of each stay. Rates, availability and payments are still handled in your PMS or on each portal.
What if a guest hasn't completed their form?
The booking will show as “Registration pending”. From there you can send them a notice, copy their link to share on any channel, or turn on automatic reminders.
