Does Turespazo replace police reporting in Galicia?
SES Hospedajes is the Ministry of the Interior platform managed by the State Secretariat for Security. Police reports go to SES Hospedajes or the applicable territorial system, such as Mossos d’Esquadra or Ertzaintza. The Turespazo integration handles tourism reporting in Galicia separately from police reporting.
When are bookings and traveler reports submitted?
The booking is reported. The traveler report, containing the data of every guest, is submitted on the check-in day. Completing or signing the form before arrival prepares the report for that day.
What are the penalties for not registering campers correctly?
Royal Decree 933/2021 distinguishes minor offenses, such as incorrect data or late reports, from serious offenses, such as failing to keep the required register or omitting reports. Fines range from €100 to €600 for minor offenses and €601 to €30,000 for serious offenses. The penalty depends on the offense and its circumstances; it is not automatically applied per property or classified as very serious because of repeat offending.
How does it manage the registration of children and minors?
Our platform allows minors under 14 to be associated with their parents or legal guardians. The system generates the corresponding official forms, linking the signatures correctly.

Is there a grouped signature option?
Each traveler over 14 must sign their own entry form. The accompanying adult provides the data of children under 14. Managing a family together simplifies registration but does not replace the required individual signatures.
