The response includes the guest’s check-in URL, which works immediately. Send it through whichever channel you prefer.
With send_to_guest enabled, the platform emails the link with the message configured for the property, just once.
The reference is unique per property: repeating a booking returns a clear error instead of creating another.

Every notification is signed so you can check it comes from us.
If your server does not respond, the notification is retried automatically and you can review and resend each delivery from your dashboard.
Add, pause or delete URLs, choose events, rotate the signing secret and send test events from Integrations → API → Webhooks.
The notification carries the booking reference, dates and guest count. It does not include documents, names, emails or phone numbers.
