The Agencia de Turismo de Galicia has established an additional data submission platform to SES.HOSPEDAJES, called TURESPAZO that has been operating for a few years; for the operation of Tourist Use Housing VUT, it is the main legal obligation that we will have to comply with to operate in the Autonomous Community.
TURESPAZO functions as the single digital window for sending communications to the Galician administration and allows you to carry out all procedures related to the Registro de Empresas y Actividades Turísticas REAT in Galicia. Its use is essential to be able to offer tourist accommodations within Galicia and thus avoid possible sanctions.
🔧How does TURESPAZO work?
TURESPAZO functions as a Single Digital Window and requires obtaining the tourist registration number issued by the Galician provincial councils and town halls. All tourist establishments must have this registration number and carry out guest registrations for tourist accommodations. This platform is used as a guarantee that establishments are complying with regional regulations and as a way to compile tourism statistics in the autonomous community to guide tourism policies.
Any home or tourist accommodation that wants to advertise on any PMS like Airbnb, Booking, or VRBO must comply with these obligations or risk inspections and administrative penalties.

After verifying our email and setting our password, we will log in and can start using the platform.
TURESPAZO periodically sends updated regulations, which offers you the advantage of always having the legal obligations you must comply with to continue operating and allows you to appear in the official catalogs of the tourism portals of Galicia.
It also greatly simplifies the procedures by allowing you to complete them entirely online, both to obtain the REAT registration numbers and those related to accommodation activity information and data submission.
🏡How do you register a Home in TURESPAZO?
To register a tourist accommodation or any other property on TURESPAZO, we must log into the platform as described above, authenticate with Cl@ve or Digital Certificate, and select the category of Tourist Use Housing (VUT).
Having selected this category, we must complete the housing data: location, accommodation capacity, and the services we offer. We must include the responsible declaration of the start of activity, the habitability certificate, the housing plans, and the energy efficiency certification.
After verifying that all documents and data are correct, the Galicia Tourism Agency will assign the property a final Registration Number for Tourism Companies and Activities (REAT). In addition, in accordance with the provisions of Law 7/2011 of Tourism of Galicia, we will have to hire liability insurance, an electronic registry book, and for VUTs located in a building with single-family homes, the agreement of the Community of Owners to be able to operate.
📑What data will we have to send through TURESPAZO?
Once the REAT number is received, we can start operating and we will have to send a series of data to TURESPAZO, in addition to those we already send as part of the obligations of RD 933/2021 through SES.HOSPEDAJES.
We will have to submit the following occupancy data quarterly through the platform:
- Entry date.
- Release date.
- Number of Guests
- Country of origin or province in the case of Spain.
- Sex
🤖How to automate data submission through Registro Parte Viajeros?
To be able to automate the sending of occupancy data from TURESPAZO, we must enter the platform and within the panel of your VUT you should locate the “Custom Integration Token” just below the name of the property. This “Token” is a code of numbers and letters that we can copy to include it in the Parte Viajeros registration platform.
We will copy the Token below the “Export Data from TURESPAZO” option as indicated in the guide and click export. Once exported, we will follow the next steps to send the registration data.
