At Registro Parte Viajeros, we make your life easier. Nowadays, most tourist establishments manage their bookings through PMS, tourist booking platforms that allow you to attract customers and advertise your accommodation worldwide. Today, we bring you the guide on how to automate traveler registration with Holidu.
The first thing we need to do is log into our Registro Parte Viajeros account and enter the application in the settings section. Once in this settings panel, we will fill in the details of our property.

We will click continue and choose our password to encrypt the PDF. This encryption password is added to ensure the security of your data.

We will continue choosing the shipping method, for greater convenience we advise you to make automatic shipments to take advantage of all the functionalities of Registro Parte Viajeros, although you can change this option at any time.

In the Automatic Integration section, we will select Holidu and copy the message that appears in the template by pressing the “Copy message” button:

If we still do not have the Registro Parte viajeros account configured and it is our first integration, we will select whether we want Registro Parte Viajeros to send us a notice when our guests do not complete the registration form.

Finally, we will fill in our information to make the direct connection with the authorities:

Now, having completed these steps, we will enter our Holidu account through the following link. Once we have accessed, we will have a menu on the left where we should select the “scheduled messages” option as we see in the following image:

Once in the “Scheduled Messages” menu, select the option in the center of the screen to “Create the first message”:

Once there we will paste the message where it says “your message”, filling in the rest of the fields, such as the subject or title and attaching as many files as we want to send to the guests.

We will select the accommodation on which we want to automate the shipments:

We will select how many days before we want the notices to be sent to the guests and we will check that the data and the message are correct.
