If the guest does not complete the registration at the configured time, the system will continue sending reminders with the corresponding link until the guest check-in is completed.
When adding guests’ email addresses, it is recommended to do so periodically — for example, every two weeks.Regarding obtaining guest emails, if you enter the one provided by Booking.com, the message will be delivered directly to the conversation with the guest on that platform.

This feature can also be combined with another one where we notify you if the guest hasn’t completed the check-in form — we’ll alert you one day in advance.
Reminder to the guests
You will be able to add all the guests' email addresses, and in this way, the system will repeatedly send the forms whenever you choose to do so.<br>
For example, if you select 3, 2, 1, the system will send the form 3 days before the arrival date. If the guest doesn’t complete it, it will resend it 2 days before, and if it is still not completed, it will send it again 1 day before.
